Welcome to Litmap! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Litmap app (the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Delaware in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
